With Milan Fashion Week nearly over and Paris beginning tomorrow, it is time to look back on my favourites from New York and London.
DKNY stood out for me with their outfits of black, white and grey. These are three colours that are great for mix and match and can always add an element of sophistication to a piece. Simple but sophisticated was a clear trend for me throughout the collection.
Calvin Klein’s collection was based around “seductive minimalism”. And that is exactly what we got. These silk slip dresses and smart long waistcoat and trouser looks are perfect for SS16.
Topshop’s Unique Collection show is always my favourite as it is a chance for us to see the forthcoming trends that will be featured in the store. Their AW16 collection includes oversized coats and leather skirts, two of my favourite trends of the moment so I am very excited for this range.
Emilio De La Morena was the designer of another of my favourite collections from London as I adored the masquerade theme. It gave the show a sense of mystery and this particular look with the fur coat over a mesh outfit stood out for me.
And lastly a highlight from fashion month was Gigi Hadid in New York, modelling for Rihanna’s Fenty x Puma collection. Even with spray painted hair she looked flawless next to her sister Bella.
