The British Academy Television Awards rewards the very best in telly over the previous year. Being one of the biggest nights in a television star’s calendar there is guaranteed glitz and glamour throughout and this year did not disappoint.
Held at London’s Royal Festival Hall, Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick were there to present the first award of the night whilst over in the UK to promote their new animated film, Trolls.

But most importantly what was everyone wearing? The stars of the screen were out to impress and they did not let us down. From jumpsuits to gowns and even shirts and skirts, there was plenty of glamour on the red carpet…
Here are some of the best dressed from the night:
The Britain’s Got Talent judge wore a beautiful silver embellished dress with a trailing capelet by Tony Ward.
This belle of the ball had an elegant print detail and train, with subtle hair and make-up showing her natural beauty. She also added a Sylvia Follie Clutch bag to this shimmering outfit.
Although her outfit is simple she looks super stylish. This key hole cut-out jumpsuit with the flared style was perfect for her shape and her hair’s natural waves were perfect for her look.
The Strictly presenter looks flawless in this one-shoulder design dress with crossover thigh-high split.
This plunging Amanda Wakeley gown is amazing. This silvery outfit was clinched at the waist by a silver ribbon, giving it a real elegant and balletic feel.
